Orders & Customization

Can I customize the product with my name or text?

Yes! Most of our products can be personalized. We offer custom text, names, dates, and custom designs on items like mugs, baby clothes, phone cases, tote bags... Check the product page to see if personalization options are available. If you don't see customization options for a specific product, feel free to contact us and we may be able to help.

How do I indicate the personalization when placing my order?

During checkout, you'll see a customization field for products that offer personalization. Simply fill in the details exactly as you'd like them to appear (name, text, dates, etc.). Take your time to review your specifications before confirming your order, as this ensures we print exactly what you want.

💡 Tip: Double-check spelling and formatting. Our team will print the text exactly as you provide it.

Can I modify or cancel my order once it's placed?

We produce items very quickly after order placement. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We'll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes if production has already started. Orders cancelled before production begins receive a full refund.

Shipping

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Processing time: 3-5 business days (to print and prepare your order) Shipping time: 5-10 business days to Europe (depending on destination) Total estimated delivery: 10-15 business days from order placement. Custom orders may take slightly longer.

Note: Processing times don't include weekends or holidays. Your tracking number will help you monitor progress.

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide! Our main destinations are:

Europe: All EU member states, UK, Norway, Switzerland, and other European countries

United States: We ship to all 50 states with competitive rates

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! Once your order ships, we'll send you an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your package in real-time. You can use this to check the exact delivery date and location.

Returns & Quality

Can I return a personalized product?

Personalized products are non-returnable under normal circumstances, as they are made specifically for you. However, if your personalized item arrives defective, damaged, or with an incorrect print, we will replace it or issue a refund at no cost to you.

For non-personalized items, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery if they're unused and in original condition.

What should I do if my product arrives defective or with a printing error?

We stand behind our quality. If your product arrives with printing errors, damage, or defects, please contact us immediately with:

Photos of the defective item
A description of the issue

We'll either replace your item or offer a full refund. We typically resolve these issues within 48 hours.
